This event, held during late March or early April, brings together chefs, vintners, cheese makers, herb and vegetable growers, and gourmands from all over the state. In addition to a wide range of seminars, classes, and demonstrations (held at various venues throughout the city) visitors love Sunday Fair – a collection of food and wine sampling booths arrayed like a miniature city along the shore of Town Lake.
